Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a full time Physical Therapist Assistant to join its Rehab team at our Lake Minnetonka Shores Campus.

At PHS rehab, we provide meaningful rehabilitation rooted in the Christian experience. As a therapist serving PHS Rehab, you are part of an in house rehab team. You are supported by the interdisciplinary team to provide the best rehab services. Come work with the best in the transitional care community.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant assists with implementing and providing high quality physical therapy care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established rehabilitation policies, procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

* Graduate for an accredited program for physical therapy assistants.

* Current licensure in the state of practice as required

* Competence in physical therapy treatment and documentation according to the Standards of Practice

* Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.

* Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
